Job Title: Janitor - Finamore Place

Job Summary:

The John Stewart Company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain common areas, including floors, walls, and surfaces.
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and maintain a clean and organized trash room.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor issues.
  • Assist with special projects, such as deep cleaning and event preparation.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of janitorial experience.
  • Knowledge of proper disposal of hazardous materials and recycling practices.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and push/pull heavy equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
