Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Capital District Cake Decorator Apprentice to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting with cake decorating and production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to all customers
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workspace, adhering to 5S standards
  • Assist with cake decorating and production, ensuring high-quality products
  • Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and adhere to company sanitation regulations
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods
