Job Summary:

FUTURERECRUIT is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated School Psychologist to join our team. As a key member of our educational support staff, you will play a vital role in providing mental health services to students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to help students overcome behavioral and psychological challenges, promoting emotional well-being and social skills development.
  • Assess and evaluate students' learning abilities, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform targeted interventions.
  • Provide direct and indirect psychological services to students at risk of social and academic failure, collaborating with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized plans.
  • Serve as a technical assistant for the implementation of Response to Intervention (RTI) strategies in assigned schools, supporting teachers and staff in the development and delivery of evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with the school's Special Education team to ensure comprehensive support for students with diverse needs.
