Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding sales goals by providing personalized product recommendations and exceptional customer service.
- Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to educate guests on our products and services.
- Assist with in-store events and appointments to drive sales and enhance the guest experience.
- Stay informed about new products and services to provide expert advice and recommendations to guests.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Passion for guest service and selling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
