Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure a positive shopping experience by maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves, and assisting members with their purchases.
  • Process member transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Assist members with their club pick-up orders, ensuring that products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, and correcting and reporting unsafe situations to facility management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience, including operating a cash register and working with mobile retail applications, preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, with frequent walking and bending.
