We are seeking an experienced Lead Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Adventist HealthCare's White Oak Medical Center in Silver Spring, MD.

Job Summary:

The Lead Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for assisting with Electrophysiology procedures, preparing patients for procedures, and demonstrating teamwork and a positive attitude with patients and co-workers.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with Electrophysiology procedures such as pacemaker/defibrillator insertions, A-fib and SVT ablations, cardioversions, Watchman, and more.
  • Ready supplies for EP procedures and assist by using sterile technique to prepare patients for procedures.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and a positive attitude with patients and co-workers.
Qualifications:
  • Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Graduate of two-year AMA/JCERT accredited school of radiography
  • ARRT registered (RT); ARRT Advanced Certification; (QA) preferred, RCIS also accepted.
  • State of Maryland Medical Radiation Technologist license
  • Three years' experience in Diagnostic Radiology, supervisory experience preferred
Work Schedule:

30-40 hours per week with on call & holiday requirement.
