We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Spa Coordinator to join our team at The Woodhouse Day Spa - Buffalo. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for maximizing spa bookings, ensuring proper guest flow, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize spa bookings and ensure proper guest flow
  • Help with merchandising spa boutique
  • Assist guests with gift card and retail recommendations
  • Ensure a positive, consistent guest experience
  • Support the spa and hospitality managers

Requirements:

  • Super organized and have an astute attention for detail
  • Love working with a team
  • Always make sure the spa is tidy and guest amenities are well stocked
