Security Clearance: Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI Eligibility
Travel Requirements: Up to 50% travel may be necessary
Key Responsibilities- Deliver 24/7 on-call Tier 2 system support for remote users, identifying and resolving hardware, software, and communication issues.
- Address system outages to ensure compliance with contract obligations.
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and support of foreign partner systems and networks.
- Travel to customer locations for Emergency On-Site Sustainment (EOSS) as needed.
- Manage system component failures or change requests, planning for system restoration or modifications.
- Conduct training sessions for existing staff and new users.
- Perform planning and execution for sustainment and training trips.
- Update Technical Data Packages to accurately document systems.
- Carry out on-site sustainment tasks, including system operational checks, inventory management, and documentation updates.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of three years of systems administration experience with Windows and Linux.
- Strong understanding of Server Operating Systems.
- Familiarity with Cisco networking and network routing protocols.
- Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (VoIP) and Risk Management Framework (RMF) standards.
- Knowledge of Network Encryption Devices and virtualization concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory and current Microsoft Operating Systems.
- Experience with database maintenance and Java application servers.
- Familiarity with Linux/UNIX applications and services.
- Must possess and maintain a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet project needs.
