Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the CT team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional patient care.
  • Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Staff Development: Mentor and train new staff members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet the highest standards of performance.
  • Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of CT equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Patient Care: Ensure that all patients receive exceptional care, from initial consultation to final diagnosis and treatment.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business growth strategies, driving revenue and market share.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, radiologic sciences).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting, with a strong background in CT operations and management.
  • Certifications: Current and valid ARRT CT registry and NJ DEP X-ray License.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
