Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dietary Aide to join our team at Arbors at Minerva. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by assisting with the preparation and service of food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with food preparation and service, adhering to proper food handling and safety techniques.
  • Prepare and portion food according to standardized recipes and menus.
  • Ensure timely delivery of meals and snacks to designated areas.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to established cleaning procedures.
  • Operate and maintain equipment in a clean and safe operating condition.
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and verifying invoices for incoming food and supplies.
Requirements
  • Tenth grade or above desirable.
  • ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
  • Experience in food service desired.
