About the Role
This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Nursing Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for performing delegated nursing duties, homemaking tasks, and other related activities for patients of all ages and families in their homes or designated facilities. Your primary goal will be to provide safe and effective care while maintaining a healthy environment.
Responsibilities
* Document patient/client needs and responses accurately and timely
* Report any changes in patient/client condition or situations immediately
* Adhere to patient/client care plans while ensuring a safe and healthy environment
* Reinforce teaching from primary nurse/therapist by reviewing personal care techniques with caregivers and patients
* Complete documentation in clinical records, time sheets, and quality control logs
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in nursing assistance, preferably with six months to one year of experience in a related field. A current Nursing Assistant License in New Hampshire is also required. You must be able to work variable shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends, as needed. Additionally, you will need a valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage at established minimum requirements.
