Nurse Practitioner for Critical Care

As a Registered Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centered care and we are seeking experienced nurses who share our commitment to excellence.
About the RoleThe RN will be responsible for providing and coordinating care for patients in our ICU. This role requires strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure effective patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to physicians and other team members
- RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- BLS required
- Must obtain ACLS within 6 Months of hire or transfer from non ICU area
