  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention

  • Manage credit procedures in compliance with regulatory laws and company policies
  • Attend special events and assist in event coordination to provide exceptional guest experiences
  • Provide superior customer service and uphold company standards to ensure a positive reputation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field
  • Minimum one year of experience in a casino guest service role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with customers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce to manage customer data and relationships
  • Ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively to drive business results
  • Demonstrate high energy and a proactive approach to challenges to drive business growth
