We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive clinical outcome.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to evaluate patients, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered by physicians. You will also supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
  • Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
