About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vocational Nurse to join our team at Providence Medical Foundation. As a LPN LVN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in an acute care facility or medical group practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize care accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Vocational School or college.
  • California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) upon hire.
  • National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
  • IV Certification upon hire.
  • 2 years of recent experience in an acute care facility or medical group practice.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or IDX systems.
