About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Wellbrooke of Westfield, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident. You will also advocate for residents' rights and dignity, ensuring that they receive respectful and compassionate care.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents. Your expertise will be essential in identifying potential health risks and developing strategies to prevent or mitigate them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that prioritize resident-centered care
  • Advocate for residents' rights and dignity, ensuring respectful and compassionate care
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to identify and address potential health risks
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A valid RN state license and CPR certification are also required.

Preferred qualifications include experience in long-term care settings and knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines. We also value candidates who are committed to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
