Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infusion Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare sterile compounds for infusion therapy, including IVs, hydration solutions, TPNs, and antibiotics.
  • Verify and check IVs, and perform hands-on preparation of IVs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize drug therapy and ensure adherence to approved protocols and best practices.
  • Monitor patients' drug therapy and provide education to patients and healthcare providers.
  • Supervise and direct pharmacy technical staff in the execution of technical functions.
Requirements
  • Hold a valid Florida pharmacist license.
  • Possess strong clinical and communication skills to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Experience with CPR+ software is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in infusion pharmacy is required.
