Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Propulsion Systems Engineer to join our team at Boeing. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing propulsion systems for our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development and testing of propulsion systems, including engine design, integration, and qualification.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure propulsion systems meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct analysis and modeling to optimize propulsion system performance and efficiency.
  • Support the development of specifications and architectural concepts for propulsion systems.
  • Work with vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in propulsion systems engineering or a related field.
  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Experience with jet engines and air breathing propulsion operation fundamentals.
  • Propulsion analysis, integration design, system installation, and support experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in propulsion systems engineering or a related field.
  • Flight or ground test experience.
  • Vendor management experience.
