About the Role:

As an Assembler at REV Group Inc, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality fire trucks and emergency vehicles. Your primary responsibility will be to install and mount interior and exterior components, ensuring that every vehicle meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and mount non-electrical and electrical components, including hardware and fabricated parts
  • Assemble units at stations, adhering to engineering specifications and safety protocols
  • Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to ensure accurate assembly
  • Ensure that all products meet quality and safety standards
  • Clean and inspect products for quality and accuracy

Requirements:
  • Preferred 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Preferred high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure for precise measurements
  • Ability to use common hand tools and power tools, such as drills, screw guns, and caulk guns
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Ability to pass a drug and background screening

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role include frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and climbing up and down ladders. You must be able to operate and understand the use of protective safety equipment and lift up to 40 pounds without assistance. You will also work in non-temperature-controlled environments.
