SalaryThe estimated hourly salary range for this position is $28.54 - $36.36. We strive to offer competitive compensation packages that reflect the value we place on our associates' hard work and dedication.
Job DescriptionThis role involves implementing and coordinating care delivery in collaboration with physicians and healthcare personnel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing resident care, making timely rounds to ensure continuity, and documenting all pertinent information regarding care and observation of residents' overall condition and behavior.
You will utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to guarantee overall resident care. This requires strong critical thinking skills, effective communication, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Registered Nurses will require a RN License.
