We're seeking a skilled Pastry Baker to join our team As a key member of our culinary operations, you'll be responsible for managing and producing a wide variety of baked goods, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.

• Manage production and prepare a diverse range of standard and custom baked goods according to recipes
• Mix, bake, build, decorate, and inscribe products with precision and flair
• Ensure all food is prepared, handled, and stored in accordance with strict food safety standards
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment with ease

• One year of previous culinary experience, pastry/baking experience a plus
• Ability to work in cross-functional roles as needed (front-of-house & back-of-house)
• Reliable transportation a must

• Frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Must be able to lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to taste product for quality assurance

• Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
