Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicit new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Prospect and generate new business through leads and referral sources.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings.

Requirements
  • Currently possess a Property and Casualty or Life insurance license.
  • A Life insurance license is beneficial.
  • Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
  • Being bilingual, and fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful, and be coachable.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task.
