Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at a hospital in Richmond, Virginia. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Job Summary:

This is a 13-week travel assignment with the possibility of extension. You will work 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts, and will be responsible for providing respiratory care services to individual patients and their families. You will also respond to medical emergencies throughout the facility and perform routine maintenance on equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care services to individual patients and their families
  • Respond to medical emergencies throughout the facility
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment
Requirements:
  • Must be a Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner
  • 12 years minimum acute care experience
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Active Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
