About the Job:
The Night Auditor is a crucial role at TownePlace Suites Iron Mountain, responsible for ensuring the accuracy of guest accounts and preparing reports for management. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
* Verify all charges to guest accounts made during the day are correct and post room charges by 6:00 a.m. the following morning.
* Complete all credit card transmittals, direct bills, and no-show billings for the day.
* Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly reports required by the property.
* Act as the manager on duty in the absence of the general manager or manager of guest operations.

Requirements:
* Ability to quickly learn front desk technical procedures and audit procedures.
* Ability to operate computer or cash register to handle monetary transactions and give correct change.
* Ability to work well on multiple tasks at the same time and maintain high levels of accuracy.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
