Key Responsibilities include:
  • Managing all incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate staff; taking messages and assigning tasks as needed.
  • Scheduling, confirming, and canceling patient appointments as required.
  • Coordinating all elements of hospital consultations as they are requested.
  • Arranging follow-up appointments.
  • Overseeing the use of telephone services.
  • Rescheduling appointments for patients who did not show up.
  • Checking voicemail messages regularly throughout the day.
  • Ensuring accurate information is available for daily operations.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned.
Essential Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in medical administration
  • Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plus
