LPN/RN Needed in Gainesville

We are seeking a responsible and compassionate LPN to join our team at My Ace Healthcare in Gainesville, GA. The selected candidate will provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment. Our flexible scheduling allows for hours tailored to your needs. A safe in-home environment and PPE are provided.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:
  • Demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to consistently serve patients and family members in a professional manner.
  • Providing one-to-one patient care in a home setting.
  • Evaluating patients for stability and following through with all doctor's orders.
  • Verifying medication milligrams, last day dosed, take outs received, phase level, and verifying guest doses.
  • Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of patient complaints, vital signs, current medication, and allergies.
  • Conducting health promotion, teaching, and training of family members as necessary.
  • Performing other duties assigned by management.

This position requires:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and graduation from an accredited program; preference is given to licensed or certified professionals but we also consider others with adequate experience.
  • Qualifications Of The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) must be met.
  • A good standing license (LPN) in the state where the clinician will practice is mandatory.
  • At least 12 months of hands-on nursing experience is required.
  • Current CPR certification is essential.
  • The ability to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents is necessary.
  • Proficiency in the use of EMRs and computers is expected.
  • Experience with GTube, Trach/Vent is beneficial.
  • Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal communication skills are crucial.

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
