Job OverviewThis exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Counterintelligence and HUMINT Specialist Team Lead to join our team at EKS Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the USCENTCOM Area of Operations (AOR).
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in Counterintelligence and HUMINT principles and applications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent research methods, data analysis, and intelligence reporting skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Serves as the Counterintelligence and HUMINT Specialist team lead on a large, Joint Intelligence Operations Center program in support of the USCENTCOM AOR, ensuring effective threat detection and mitigation for US and Coalition forces.
- Contributes to the planning, execution, and management of CI/HUMINT activities in the CENTCOM AOR, leveraging Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) collection methodologies to supplement CI/HUMINT efforts.
- Analyzes CI/HUMINT requirements and supports the development of comprehensive collection plans to address critical intelligence gaps.
- Ensures the legitimacy and accuracy of information obtained from sources through thorough vetting procedures.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing CI support to operational missions and force protection initiatives, safeguarding US and Coalition personnel and assets. Additionally, they will support and coordinate the production of critical intelligence products, including Foreign Intelligence Threat Assessments (FITA), Foreign visitor vetting reports, and CI/HUMINT Requests for Information (RFIs).
RequirementsTo be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Security Clearance Level: TS / SCI, with CI polygraph eligibility.
- US Citizenship Required.
- Education / Required Experience: Master's Degree with 12 yrs. related experience or Bachelor's Degree with a total of 17 yrs. experience as a substitute to the Master's degree.
- A strong understanding of CI/HUMINT principles and applications, proficiency in research methods, data analysis, and intelligence reporting, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans, as well as 401k plans and paid time off (PTO).
