This position requires a hands-on, daily interaction with a growing team of intermediate to experienced engineers delivering COTS solutions to nuclear and other complex and critical infrastructures.

The individual will work primarily with the Secure Integrated Solutions (SIS) Division product managers, program managers, and engineering leads across multiple levels and disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform server and network deployment and management through the entire product delivery lifecycle while working with the Software and Hardware Engineering teams to prioritize deliverables and validate product feature sets.
  • Apply an analytical and detail-oriented approach with problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve and document issues.
  • Perform vulnerability analysis, documentation and patching of windows devices, appliances, network devices, and COTS applications to support system wide vulnerability management.
  • Changes/Updates to Server Configurations maintaining a high level of Configuration Management.
  • Identify objectives, perform execution, and follow programs and processes to ensure work is accomplished in accordance with budget and design requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in the appropriate discipline or 4 to 8 years' experience.
  • Requires US citizenship or permanent residence (Green Card) only.
  • Experience in CIS Benchmarks (preferred) or NIST OR STIGS.
  • Strong background in Windows OS, software application installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding and setting up anti-virus, etc.
  • Familiarity and hands-on experience with SIEM / Log correlation / Log viewing.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Good presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of audiences.
  • Knowledge of engineering methodologies.
