• Frying Expertise: Prepare various types of chicken, including white and yellow pieces, ensuring each is properly battered and cooked to perfection.
• Order Fulfillment: Complete chicken orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely handoff to servers or cashiers.
• Sanitation Standards: Uphold cleanliness and sanitary conditions at all cooking stations and fryers.
• Inventory Management: Maintain a sufficient stock of chicken varieties and sauces to optimize production efficiency.
• Side Dish Preparation: Cook a variety of side dishes, such as French fries, sweet potato fries, onion rings, and cheese sticks.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Prep Cooks and Cashiers/Servers to enhance product quality and suggest improvements as necessary.

• High school diploma or an associate degree in culinary arts or food service management.
• Previous experience in a food service environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain high energy levels.
