About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Diesel Engine Technician to join our team at CWD-Community Waste Disposal in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on diesel engines, transmissions, and various systems.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in diesel engine repair and mechanical knowledge. A background check and drug test are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs and maintenance on diesel engines, transmissions, and other equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with engines and other systems
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in diesel engine repair and mechanical knowledge
  • ASE or other mechanic certifications a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
