Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team at FOUR ROOTS as a Busser. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our patrons have an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Wipe down tables, chairs, and other surfaces to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Remove tablecloths and reset tables to prepare for the next service.
  • Remove dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware from tables and transport them to the dishwashing area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure seamless service.
  • Refill coffee, water, and condiments as needed to maintain a well-stocked and inviting atmosphere.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with food safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends.
  • English and Spanish speaking skills are a plus.
