About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team at Propark Mobility. As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by parking and retrieving their vehicles in a safe and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
  • Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles
  • Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and at least 2 years of driving experience
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 50lbs
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
