Supply Chain Coordinator

Ebling's ServicePlus is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to manage our inventory and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the receiving process, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of parts to our service shops.

This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure seamless parts ordering and repair processes. They will also collaborate with the VP of Finance to maintain profitability by monitoring pricing, gross profit margins, and other key performance indicators.

• Oversee the receiving process to ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient storage.
• Manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and adjust stock accordingly to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure timely delivery of parts and resolve any issues that may impact shop operations.
• Work with the VP of Finance to maintain profitability by monitoring pricing, gross profit margins, and other key performance indicators.
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require bending, climbing, squatting, and kneeling.
• Familiarity with dealer management software and parts lookup systems.

The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $88,000 annually, depending on experience.
