About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team at HealthEcareers - Client. As a Labor and Delivery RN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage patients in the Labor and Delivery unit, providing individualized care and attention to their needs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting a positive and empowering experience.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with medical staff to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Labor and Delivery RN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess and manage patients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of California.
