Receptionist - Medical Setting

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist at Oxford Physical Therapy Centers in Montgomery, OH.
About the RoleThis full-time position involves providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting our clinical team. You will assist patients with scheduling and registration, verify their insurance, and answer phone calls.
Key Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and registration.
- Verify patient insurance and answer phone calls.
- Collect co-payments, prepare deposits, and send correspondence to medical offices.
- Assist clinicians with retrieving equipment and paperwork for patients.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- A high school degree or equivalent is required; recent exercise science and exercise physiology graduates with experience are welcome.
- Medical office experience is preferred.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm (hours may vary by office).
- Excellent communication and listening skills are essential.
- You should have attention to detail and strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information is necessary.
- A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook is required.
The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 per year, plus monthly bonus potential. Oxford Physical Therapy Centers offers excellent benefits in a highly skilled environment with an energetic and dynamic staff.
