About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our homeowners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Appointments: Schedule appointments with trades and homeowners to complete necessary work, address and complete builder deficiencies, and confirm satisfactory resolutions.
  • Respond to Service Orders: Respond to service orders with resolution to all concerns, contact homeowners upon receipt, and coordinate subcontractors when applicable.
  • Model Conversions: Coordinate model home conversions, arrange subcontractor scheduling, and complete any subsequent lists.
  • Walkthroughs and Repairs: Conduct walkthroughs with customers on model and spec homes, schedule and complete repairs as agreed upon, and involve subcontractors as necessary.
  • Emergency Service Pager Duties: Participate in rotation for emergency service pager duties, respond to homeowner calls, and provide information on call response.
  • Reporting: Track service orders and provide outstanding items status to the Director of Customer Service.
