Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced social worker to provide individual and group counseling, collaborate with teachers and parents, and develop support plans for students in middle school grades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide counseling services to students, including individual and group sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop and implement support plans for students.
  • Conduct assessments and create targeted interventions to address students' social and emotional needs.
  • Facilitate workshops on mental health and coping skills for students and staff.
  • Engage actively in team meetings to discuss student progress and develop strategies for support.
Qualifications
  • Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
  • Current Illinois licensure (LMSW or LCSW) required.
  • Professional Educator Licensure with social work endorsement in Illinois required.
  • Previous school experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
