Job DescriptionThe Residential Groundskeeper will be responsible for maintaining the grounds in a residential subdivision. This includes tasks such as power washing, weed eating, edging, mowing, and general yard maintenance.

We are looking for someone who is reliable and able to work independently. The ideal candidate will have experience with landscaping equipment and be able to communicate effectively with our clients.

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain grounds in a residential subdivision using equipment such as power washers, lawn mowers, and trimmers.
  • Meet with owner at a designated location to discuss tasks and receive instructions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is around $28,800, based on 20 hours of work per week at $14 per hour.
