Key Responsibilities:
">- Support new program development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products and manufacturing processes
- C Coordinate bill of material, router, and quality plan development: Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to source materials and create product specifications
- S Support the development of inspection gages and fixturing: Design and implement tools and fixtures to improve manufacturing efficiency and accuracy
- F Identify and coordinate FEA, materials analysis, non-contact inspection protocols, and manufacturing development activities: Apply engineering principles to optimize product design and manufacturing processes

Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Materials Science, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering) or related field: Required 1+ years of manufacturing experience in engineering or 5 years of experience with materials science, mechanical engineering, or an engineering role including intern or CO-OP experience
- 3D solid modeling experience: Proficient in NX CAD software
- CNC Machining experience: Knowledge of CNC machining processes and equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
">- M Materials Science or Physical Metallurgy background: Desired knowledge of metals and alloys
- Knowledge of 3D printing: Familiarity with additive manufacturing processes and equipment
Skills and Abilities:

Work Environment:
