We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team at The Law Offices of Daniel Kim. As a top-rated Personal Injury Law Firm in California, we handle cases involving motor vehicles and more.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service to clients and staff alike. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients and visitors in-person and over the phone
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings with precision and organization
  • Maintaining the waiting area, lobby, and conference rooms to ensure a professional environment
  • Performing administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, faxing, and filing documents
  • Collecting and routing mail and hand-delivered packages efficiently

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and typing skills at least 40 wpm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
