About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Nouryon's Moses Lake, WA site. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including preventive maintenance and repairs, to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Conduct safety inspections and report any potential hazards or issues to the maintenance supervisor.
  • Collaborate with production staff and engineers to identify and resolve technical problems, reducing downtime and improving overall efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as welding, fabrication, and piping.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial technology.
  • 4+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field, with a strong background in mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with production staff, engineers, and other stakeholders.
