Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team at Anchor Packaging LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure product packaging meets quality and safety standards
  • Perform quality checks on products before packaging
  • Tape, label, and stack boxes on pallets for material handler pickup
  • Maintain a clean and organized packing station and line area
  • Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices and safety policies
  • Assist operators with start-up and shut-down of production lines
  • Meet productivity goals and maintain a fast-paced work environment
  • Communicate effectively with operators and leaders
  • Work overtime as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Working knowledge of part defects and quality control
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
Work Environment

The work environment at Anchor Packaging LLC is fast-paced and dynamic. You will be working in a production setting with exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and airborne particles. The noise level is loud, and you will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
