Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient operation of the food truck.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking and preparing orders, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant or food truck setting.
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Benefits:
  • Eligible to participate in company subsidized medical/dental/vision/life insurance within 30 days following new hire status if full time 30+ hours per week.
  • Eligibility to participate in employee funded supplemental benefit programs, i.e., disability, within 30 days following new hire status if full time 30+ hours per week.
  • Eligible to participate in 401(k) plan after six months of service and 1000 hours. The company will match 50% of employee contribution up to 4% of the employee's annual pay.
  • Eligible for overtime pay if in an hourly/non-exempt position.
