ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a full-time, onsite role. This position requires a minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to meet students' needs
  • Provide therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and intervention plans

Requirements:

  • Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Possess a valid Washington State SLP license and certification
  • Special Education ESA certification for Occupational Therapists
  • Previous school experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
