Store Leadership Position

We are looking for a Store Leadership Position candidate who can effectively manage and supervise our retail sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of retail sales workers to achieve business objectives.
- Schedule employees strategically to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting and cash receipt processes.
- Prepare and submit sales reports promptly.
- Monitor income and expense reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Travel as required to support business operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or related fields is essential.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective leadership, management, and motivational skills to inspire team members.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable DMV record required.
Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, we provide paid time off, a 403-B plan, and an employer-funded retirement plan after one year of service.
