Handyman Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Handyman to join our team at Anerrows LLC. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in drywall installation and repair, framing, painting, and plumbing.

• Collect work orders from the vendor manager in a timely manner
• Travel to job sites on schedule and communicate effectively with clients and the office vendor manager
• Perform drywall installation and repair, framing installation and repair, painting tasks, and plumbing tasks
• Inspect facilities to identify maintenance needs and report them to the office vendor manager
• Develop and implement maintenance plans on schedule and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures

• Valid driver's license
• Relevant certifications (preferred and prioritized)
• Willingness to travel up to 50 miles
• Proven experience as a Handyman
• Proficiency in drywall, framing, painting, and plumbing
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and work independently and as part of a team
