Responsibilities
">The key responsibilities of this role include:
">- Evaluating commercial property claim coverage and determining the scope of damages.
- Conducting prompt, thorough, and fair investigations by obtaining relevant facts and expert input (as appropriate) to determine cause and extent of damages.
- Working independently as well as within a team to resolve complex claims.
- Managing multiple priorities, meeting established deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiently using computers and company standard software specific to position.
Requirements
">To be considered for this role, you should have:
">- A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of experience in a commercial property claims environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with local codes, laws, standards, and case-law.
Salary
">The salary range for this role is $54,200 - $90,700 per year, depending on experience.
