Position Overview:
This program requires US Citizenship.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document change requirements, including impact analysis, risk assessment, and scheduling of changes.
2. Develop and maintain essential change management documentation such as change records, plans, and implementation schedules.
3. Organize change approval meetings with the Technical Review Board (TRB) and Change Control Board (CCB), ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared for review.
4. Facilitate discussions and provide expert guidance during change approval meetings to ensure comprehensive evaluation of change requests, considering potential impacts and risks.
5. Assist in identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues related to changes.
6. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful execution of approved changes.
7. Act as a key stakeholder for the configuration and maintenance of change request management within ServiceNow, ensuring that the system supports efficient change management processes.
8. Monitor and report on the status of change requests, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
9. Continuously enhance change management processes and tools by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in change management coordination or a related role.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other change management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple change requests simultaneously.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and certification (e.g., ITIL Foundation) is a plus.
