Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Tech to join our team at Martin County Hospital District. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist nursing staff in providing patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
  • Contribute to a clean and safe environment by maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Nursing Assistant course desirable.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification required.
  • One year of experience in a medical setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
