The PACE Nurse Practitioner will provide medical care to our patients, attending to their acute needs while managing chronic medical problems and providing preventative and rehabilitative care. This role requires experience working with the geriatric population and a strong understanding of holistic care.
Requirements- Active California Nurse Practitioner license

- Spanish speaking preferred
